Pitch / floor

Tier by tier

  1. 1

    Lower tier

Close to the pitch on all sides, with the steep South Stand rising right from the touchline.

  2. 2

    Middle tier

Premium and hospitality levels on the long sides, with the best balance of height and distance.

  3. 3

    Upper tier

High and steep, with a full view of the bowl and the London skyline beyond.

Seating tips

  • For concerts the stage is usually at the North Stand end, so the South Stand faces it head-on.
  • The East and West Stands run along the pitch and give the best side view for football.
  • The upper tier is steep. If you don't like heights, stick to the lower or middle tier.

Where to sit

  • Best for a concert

    South Stand, middle rows

Faces the stage head-on with a great view of the whole show and the light shows across the crowd.

  • Best for football

West Stand, lower or middle tier near halfway

The classic side-on view, close enough to feel the noise from the South Stand.

  • On a budget

    North Stand, upper tier

Usually the cheapest seats, high up but with a clear view of the pitch and the South Stand.

  • In the shade

    West Stand

For evening concerts the West Stand gets shade first, and the roof keeps most rain off.

Last game at the old White Hart Lane as the new stadium rises behind it

Tottenham played at White Hart Lane from 1899. Instead of moving away, the club built a new stadium right next to the old one and on part of its land. The last game at White Hart Lane was in May 2017, then the old stands were knocked down to finish the new bowl.

The stadium opened in April 2019 with a 2-0 win over Crystal Palace. Weeks later it hosted a Champions League semi-final, and in October 2019 the first NFL game, thanks to a pitch that splits into three trays and slides under the South Stand.

It has since hosted heavyweight boxing, rugby and many of the world's biggest concerts, from Guns N' Roses to Beyoncé. In May 2025 Spurs won the Europa League, and the trophy parade went along Tottenham High Road past the stadium.
