After the show
Walking back to the Strip is often the fastest option. Rideshare queues can take an hour after a sold-out show.

Gates usually open 2 hours before kick-off and 2 to 3 hours before a concert. Only clear bags are allowed, and the pedestrian bridge from the Strip gets crowded, so arrive early.

The Raiders agreed to leave Oakland in 2017, and Nevada put 750 million dollars of public money towards a new stadium. Construction took less than three years, just west of Mandalay Bay.
The stadium opened in September 2020 during the pandemic, so the first season was played without fans. Supporters finally filled it in September 2021, when the Raiders beat Baltimore in overtime.
Its natural grass grows in a 19-million-pound tray that slides out of the building on rails. Inside, the team plays on artificial light under a clear roof, and the tray rolls back in on game days.
